Bulevar broke ground on a mixed-use scheme in Stup, eastern Bosnia. Euroizgradnja is overseeing the construction. The first stage of the residential and business complex is set for completion in November 2019. There will be two levels of underground parking. The ground floor will house a bank, offices, restaurants and a kindergarten. The first building will offer around 200 apartments, ranging from 30 sqm to 75 sqm. Forty percent of the units have already been sold. The second stage of construction will start in early 2019.
