Bulgaria’s business climate index increased by 0.9 percent m-o-m in June thanks to improved sentiment in the industrial, retail and service sectors, according to the latest state figures. The biggest increase was reported in the service sector, which jumped by 3.9 percentage points. The increase was driven by optimistic market expectations for the next six months. The only decrease in June was reported in the construction sector, which dropped 1.8 percentage points.
