The total number of nights spent in tourist accommodations increased by 23.2 percent y-o-y in June, according to data released by the National Statistics Institute.
The biggest increases were reported at four- and five-star accommodations, with foreign tourists making up 67.2 percent of the total and domestic tourists accounting for 29.2 percent. Three-star accommodations reported foreigners made up 24.1 percent of its visitors for the month, while Bulgarians accounted for 29.6 percent of the total.
