Bulgarian EU exports increase by 4.3%

Between January and July, Bulgarian exports to the EU grew by 4.3 percent y-o-y, amounting to €8.95bn. Main trading partners during the seven-month period included Germany, Italy, Romania, Greece and France, which accounted for 64.7 percent of Bulgaria’s total exports to the EU.

Imports from the EU during the same period decreased by 1 percent y-o-y, falling to €9.7bn. The biggest amount of imported goods came from Germany, Italy, Romania, Greece and Hungary.
