Bulgarian exports to the EU grew by 3.3 percent y-o-y to €4.9bn between January and April, according to data published by the National Statistics Institute.
The country’s main trade partners were Germany, Italy, Romania, Greece, France and the Netherlands, which accounted for 69.3 percent of total exports to EU countries. In April, exports to EU markets increased by 5.5 percent y-o-y, totaling €1.3bn.
