The Bulgarian government has extended the deadline for its Sofia Airport tender. Companies interested in operating the country’s main airport in a 35-year contract now have until Nov. 18 to submit their bids, according to Transport Minister Ivailo Moskovski.
“The deadline has been extended by a month following a request by three companies that are interested in the deal,” said Moskovski. The government launched the tender in May and expects to gain €613.5m in the deal.
