Bulgarian PM predicts 4.5% growth in 2016

Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov gave a bullish assessment of his country’s economy, claiming that GDP growth could reach 4.5 percent in 2016. It would be an enormous jump from the previously predicted 2 percent. He was speaking at a ceremony marking the beginning of support for SMEs in Bulgaria under the EU Innovations and Competitiveness Operational Programme 2014-2020.
