It was a very detailed analysis of the entire Warsaw market, as well as a thorough study of Burda’s needs,” said Tomasz Marsz, associate director at BSC Real Estate Advisors. The New City office complex is located in the capital’s Mokotów district and offers 44,000 sqm. The investment has a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certificate in the asset and building management categories.
