Burzovní palace in Prague 1, near the Kotva department store, has changed hands in a transaction worth €27m. The server e15 writes that the building was bought by a fund managed by Austrian insurer VIG, but the seller, Pramerica, has not confirmed the news. JLL represented the seller.

Pramerica bought Burzovní palace from Kilcullen Kapital Partners in 2006 for €25m. The investment cycle of the Pramerica fund is now ending, and the company is offloading the properties. Burzovní palác served as the headquarters of the Prague Stock Exchange since 1993. Regus, Česká pošta, Zara, Aeroflot and Ewopharma also lease space in the building.
