Business Garden fills up in Warsaw

6 August 2012

Business Garden Warsaw is filling up, with two new lease signed this month totaling 2,000 sqm of space. According to the agreement European Leasing Fund will be running its office on the sixth floor of the project’s second phase, which is currently underway. The fund expects to open its doors in the building next June. The latest lease would increase the project’s occupancy to 60 percent. “The process of commercialization of the first phase of Warsaw Business Garden is progressing according to our assumptions,” says Roger Andersson, Country Manager of SwedeCenter. “In the last two months we leased over 60% of the available office space in the second building.”
Once completed, the complex will offer 90,000 sqm of office, retail and service space. The project comprises seven buildings, with offices, the conference centre, restaurant and a business hotel.
