ITB Development has almost finished renovation work on Business Garden Štefánikova, an office building on Štefánikova street in the center of Bratislava. The building offers 5,000 sqm of office space on eight floors and 500 sqm of retail space on the ground floor. The developer claims that a third of the office space has been leased and that the remainder should be full within 18 months. A restaurant and café are set to open on the bottom floor.
Business Garden is a refurbishment of two old office buildings that had been vacant for many years. The project is located opposite the presidential palace. Architekti Šebo Lichý designed the scheme, worth €13m. The developer has been working on the project since 2012.
