Less than a year after construction began at Business Garden, the developer Swede Center has held a topping out ceremony for the scheme’s first two buildings, which are due for completion in August. In all, the two units will provide 32,000 sqm of new office and leisure space. With its 14,600 sqm building 1 intended for offices and a 200-room hotel, along with a restaurant and other service units. The second building of the Business Garden’s first phase is intended strictly for office tenants, for whom it will offer 17,500 sqm of leasable area. Company representatives said no leases have been signed for the space in the complex yet, though talks on filling it up are underway.
