Investor BZ plans to add an office tower to the recently opened Fresh Market in Bratislava. The project will offer 10,000 sqm of office across 13 floors and will go up to the left of the shopping center. Underground parking will also be available to tenants. The start of construction will depend on leasing. Office vacancy in Bratislava is currently at 8 percent, according to Trend Reality.
