Bank Zachodni WBK has renegotiated its lease agreement at Business Garden Poznań and expanded its office space there to 14,750 sqm. Colliers International represented the tenant in the lease process. Bank Zachodni WBK is currently the largest tenant at Business Garden Poznań. The property is located in Poznań’s Grunwald district and combines the functions of a modern office with access to services, recreation and relaxation. The LEED-certified complex features nine buildings with a total area of 88,000 sqm.
