The Slovak developer HB Reavis has secured a €24.9m corporate loan from Bank Zachodni WBK to refinance the construction loan for building B of its Gdański Business Centre project. Located at Andersa street in Warsaw, the 46,000 sqm scheme will neighbor the Dworzec Gdański metro station now under construction.
“The agreement proves that the Polish office sector enjoys growing interest from financial institutions,” said Stanislav Frnka, Country CEO at HB Reavis. Consisting of four office buildings, Gdański Business Centre is set for completion in the first quarter for 2016, with the two buildings having been completed in the first half of the year. The construction of the second phase kicked off in July.
