C&A had just extended its lease at Arete Park NovĂ© Mesto nad Váhom. Arete Invest purchased the park where C&A will stay at for another 5 years in 2017 from Prologis in one of the biggest deals on the Slovak market. The entire park is leased to companies C&A, Vetropark Nemšová and Raben Logistics. “Our strategic position was confirmed by closing the deal and extending the lease of Arete Park NovĂ© Mesto nad Váhom. We’re glad to support the growth of such a major company as C&A. The long-term extension of the lease has strengthened our strategic partnership – we believe it will further develop both companies,” said Tomáš NovotnĂ˝, a member of Arete’s investments board.
The demand for logisitic parks in Slovakia is constantly growing. With a vacancy of only 2.4 percent, Arete plans to restructure and enlarge Arete Park Nové Město nad Váhom.
