C&A had just extended its lease at Arete Park Nové Mesto nad Váhom. Arete Invest purchased the park where C&A will stay at for another 5 years in 2017 from Prologis in one of the biggest deals on the Slovak market. The entire park is leased to companies C&A, Vetropark Nemšová and Raben Logistics. “Our strategic position was confirmed by closing the deal and extending the lease of Arete Park Nové Mesto nad Váhom. We’re glad to support the growth of such a major company as C&A. The long-term extension of the lease has strengthened our strategic partnership – we believe it will further develop both companies,” said Tomáš Novotný, a member of Arete’s investments board.
The demand for logisitic parks in Slovakia is constantly growing. With a vacancy of only 2.4 percent, Arete plans to restructure and enlarge Arete Park Nové Město nad Váhom.
