Cushman & Wakefield has added Thomas D. Ashe and Robert L. Byrne as Executive Director and Managing Director, respectively. Prior to joining the firm, the two were partners at Transwestern RBJ. Ashe will join the downtown leasing group, while Byrne will work with landlords and tenants in Boston’s south and central 128 suburban markets. Ashe has worked with Boston’s top landlords and specializes in landlord and tenant representation, having begun his career in real estate at RBJ. He graduated from Boston College in 1996. Byrne focuses on tenant and landlord representation of leasing office, flex and industrial space. He joined Richards Barry Joyce & Partners after graduating from Boston College in 2005 with a concentration in accounting.
