Cushman & Wakefield was appointed exclusive agent for Wikana Biznes Park, an office and logistics center that’s now underway on Grygowa street in Lublin. The investor is Wikana Invest.
The project’s first phase, set for completion in the first quarter of 2013, will bring 7,500 sqm of office space to the market. There will also be underground parking with 165 spaces. The project will deliver a total of 14,000 sqm of office space and 14,100 sqm of warehouse space.
