Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed on an exclusive basis to sell the Zepter Business Center in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The eight-story office property offers 13,000 sqm of leasable space as well as parking for 169 cars. Zepter was designed by Zinosco in collaboration with Gader. “The Zepter Business Center is an office building boasting an attractive design, located right in the heart of the business part of Służewiec. Besides the excellent location in terms of communications, the building also offers a high standard of interior finishing. The project is an interesting investment opportunity with good value-added prospects,” said Michał Wachowicz, a consultant with the capital markets group at Cushman & Wakefield.
