Cresa has appointed Stephanie Katona as Regional Business Manager in the firms South Florida office. Prior to joining Cresa, Katona had been with Cushman & Wakefield for seven years in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan headquarters. In total, her team was responsible for approximately 1.9 million sqf of leasing, with a transaction value of $4.5 billion. “Bringing on a proven business manager is pivotal for Cresa’s continued market evolution in South Florida,” said Cresa’s Managing Principal Caroline Fleischer. “And to do so right after bringing on one of the most highly regarded Project Management executives, Glenn Olson, makes it even more of a holistic homerun,”
