Cushman & Wakefield and JLL were named exclusive leasing agents of Liberty Office Building in Budapest. The 42,000 sqm scheme is being developed by Wing Zrt next to the headquarters of Magyar Telekom. Completion is scheduled for 2021. The project will offer premium class offices on eight floors. Each floor will feature 4,800 sqm. The developer is aiming to secure BREEAM Very Good certification. Plans include a green roof and a sky bar.
