Alexander Rafajlovič, Michal Soták and Jan Voslář were promoted to partner at Cushman & Wakefield. Rafajlovič is in charge of real estate transactions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia on the capital markets team. He joined the team five years ago, having previously worked as an analyst and head of research at Cushman & Wakefield. He helped oversee the sales of The Park and Arkády Pankrác in Prague and Forum Ústí nad Labem. Voslář has been with Cushman & Wakefield for 11 years, leading the leasing of high-street retail space and representing retailers. He participated in a number of major transactions with companies such as Foot Locker, Claire’s, Marks & Spencer, H&M, Swarovski, Tiffany & Co and Nespresso. Soták joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 and is responsible for real estate transactions. Most recently, he was involved in the sales of the Letňany shopping center and Forum Liberec.
