With C&W’s involvement, Coca-Cola has recently signed a new 170 sqm lease agreement at Terrapark Next B/C. The aim of Coca-Cola to open up a small office close to Budapest in order to train their sales team and ultimately increase awareness of their brand in their Hungarian market. Terrapark Next B/C was deemed as the perfect place to commence this function owing to its excellent accessibility to M1 / M7 Motorway network.
Secondly Aladdin Medical, have acquired 67 sqm at Terrapark Next B/B. Aladdin Medical maintain medical appliances and liked Terrapark Next B/C due to its accessibility and the flexibility of the landlord. C&W also represented the DuPont in their lease renewal for 1,930 sq m office space in Terrapark Next B/D & B/E.
With these transactions Terrapark Next is 77% occupied with such tenants as Invitel, Roche, Carlsberg and Tchibo. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive letting agent and property manager of Terrapark Next office building.
