Cushman & Wakefield brokered 48,000 sqm office lease deals in Hungary between January and July. The company was involved in 40 transactions. Its most important deals included BudaPart, GTC White House, Duna Tower, Váci Greens, the GLL portfolio and Krisztina Palace. The Cushman & Wakefield team represents clients on both the landlord and tenant sides. It was named Best Hungarian Office Leasing Team in 2016 by CIJ Journal.
