C&W strengthens advisory services in Poland

C&W has merged its consulting and research department with its valuation and advisory division in an effort to further enhance the company’s advisory services on the rapidly growing Polish commercial real estate market. The consulting and research team includes recent hires Małgorzata Dziubińska, Krystyna Waszak and Jan Szulborski.
Dziubińska joined C&W’s consulting and research department as associate director. She has nearly 15 years of retail real estate experience, focusing on property performance analyses, expansion and growth planning. She previously worked for GENI.
Waszak joined C&W’s consulting and research team as a consultant. She previously was a part of CBRE’s research and consulting department, where she was responsible for retail market analyses and advisory reports for investment funds, investors and developers.
Szulborski has more than four years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining C&W, he worked for CBRE’s research and consulting department, providing advisory services in office market analyses, HBU analyses, feasibility studies and location analyses.
