Maria Zielińska has been appointed senior analyst of the CEE hospitality team at Cushman & Wakefield Poland. She will be responsible for giving investment advice and business development. Zielińska comes to Cushman & Wakefield from Horwath HTL at where she worked as an analyst. She also previously worked for Accor Hotels.
“At a time of an unprecedented activity in the area of hotel investments in CEE real estate, our team is expanding in order to further reinforce our dominant position in the CEE market and to be able to continue providing services with in-depth local market knowledge to the rising number of investors,” says David Nath, head of the CEE hospitality team at Cushman & Wakefield.
