C&W takes over management of Prague buildings for Triuva and Amundi
Cushman & Wakefield has taken over the management of the buildings owned by Triuva, including the Five office centre in SmĆchov, Wenceslas Square 9 and Lindner Hotel Prague. C&W is also now managing Praha City Center and Polygon House, new acquisitions of funds that are managed by Amundi Immobilier Paris and Amundi Czech Republic. Amundi Czech Republic bought Polygon House in a deal that takes effect October 1.

Cushman & Wakefield currently has 80 buildings under management in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia with a total floor area in excess of 1.1 million sqm.
