Miami-based developer ahs Residential has selected Cushman & Wakefield as exclusive advisor for the disposition of The Place at Dania Beach. The recently completed 144-unit luxury mid-rise multifamily community also houses 6,771 sq ft of ground-floor retail in downtown Dania Beach. The seven-story residential building with a rooftop pool, amenity deck and attached structured parking is fully leased.
