C&W to commercialize Building B of LIXA in Warsaw

Cushman & Wakefield has been tapped to commercialize Building B of the LIXA office complex, currently being developed by Yareal in Warsaw’s Wola district. The first phase of the project, scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2020, will offer 27,900 sqm in Building A and Building B. “LIXA is a landmark office complex in the immediate vicinity of Daszyńskiego Roundabout.
