Third Lake Capital has tapped Cushman & Wakefield as exclusive leasing advisor and property manager for Priatek Plaza, Pinellas County’s tallest building. Built in 1990, the 28 story building has also been branded as Nationsbank Tower, Bank of America Tower, Barnett Bank Tower and One Progress Plaza over the years. The 305,370 sqf mixed-use asset encompasses an entire city block at 200 Central Avenue in St. Petersburg’s Central Business District. The building is currently 76 percent leased with notable tenants including the Bank of Tampa, Raymond James, iQor, Serve Virtual Enterprises, Merrill Lynch and Trenam Law.
