Cushman & Wakefield has been tapped by Davis Marcus Partners to lease two Class A office properties in Connecticut. The two assets, which total 263,500 sqf, will be represented by Executive Managing Director Stephen Baker and Senior Director Adam Klimek. The 137,000 sqf office in Wilton was recently renovated and includes a new lobby, a full-service cafƩ, renovated fitness center with modern equipment, locker rooms and showers, on-site property management, covered and surfaced parking and shuttle service to SoNo Train Station. The second assignment, which totals 126,500 sqf at 200 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk, also underwent a recent capital improvements program.
