C&W to lease University Place offices in Coral Springs exclusively

Bristol Group and Butters Construction & Development has selected Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive office leasing agent for University Place at City Center in Coral Springs, FL. Built in 1985, the 205,000 sqf Class A office building rests on a 7 acre site at 3111 North University Drive.
