Cushman & Wakefield has been named property manager of two class A office buildings: Smíchov Gate, near Anděl, in Prague 5 and Keystone in Prague 8. Both locations are among the most attractive for businesses in Prague, boasting the largest lease volumes signed this year. Prague 5 took 16 percent of this year’s total lease volume, while Prague 8 accounted for 15 percent. Keystone belongs to Amundi. Cushman & Wakefield will oversee a wide variety of services, including property acquisition, asset management, property management, project management and leasing. The 6,500 sqm Keystone is fully leased. The 13,300 sqm Smíchov Gate is owned by Redside, manager of the open-ended fund Nova Real Estate. Tenants include Hochtief, Cardiff and Notino.
