CA Immo and Skanska completed their second CEE deal this year with the sale of the Swedish developer’s Prague 7 scheme Visionary for €68m. The 23,000 sqm building is 91 percent leased by Accenture, Business Link and WMC/ACTUM Digital for an average of seven years. Clifford Chance, E&Y and Obermeyer Helika acted for the buyer on the deal while Skanska received its legal advice from Dentons.
