CA Immo is planning to invest €85m in to build the Kubus office building in Berlin. The project is located at Berlin’s central station and will provide 18,500 sqm of office space. The present design for the scheme has been not approved yet and will still need to be reviewed by Berlin’s planning authorities. However, construction is preliminarily scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2016 with completion set for 2018.
