The Austrian investment fund CA Immo has assigned CBRE to provide property management services for its Campus 6.1 office building in Bucharest, marking the first time that the company has opted for an outsourcing solution connected with its portfolio. The Campus 6.1 office building was developed by the Swedish company Skanska and CA Immo acquired it last spring. The tenant list includes London Stock Exchange, Spaces, Gefco, NXP, Secure Works, Khuene + Kagel , Super Hippo, Street and Starbucks.
