Capital Square has been in the CA Immo portfolio since 2009, but it’s only now that the property company is assuming full control over all parts of its management. The Vienna-based property company has been active in Hungary since 1999. Capital Square is a 32,500 sqm building designed by Finta Architecture Studio in the center of one of Hungary’s most successful office submarkets. The building is currently 90 percent leased, with tenants that include Aesthetica, the confectionery company Ferrero, Bridgestone and three commercial banks.
