CA Immo has begun construction on the next two buildings in the River City Prague office park in Prague 8. The new buildings will be named after American rivers, Mississippi House and Missouri Park, completing a complex that already includes Amazon Court, Nile House and Danube House. The bigger of the two buildings will be Mississippi House (13,380 sqm), while Missouri Park is to offer 7,370 sqm. The eight floor strutures were designed by the Danish studio Schmidt Hammer Lassen. CA Immo expects the investment needed for the new buildings to reach €66m. They’re being designed to be highly energy efficient, using advanced lighting management systems, CO2 monitoring, waste recycling, rainwater recuperation and heat pumps.
