CA Immo has completed a lease deal for 2,700 sqm of space in the Belmundo building in BelsenPark in Dusseldorf with Indeed GmbH, a company from the personnel services industry. At the same time, an existing rental agreement with the company in the neighbouring building LaVista was extended. Both office buildings are now fully let.
In total, Indeed is renting around 3,000 m² in the buildings Belmundo and LaVista. CA Immo completed the buildings in BelsenPark Oberkassel in 2014. The buildings offer gound floor retail and restaurants and form the metropolitan center of the new BelsenPark quarter. In recent years, over 450 apartments have been developed alongside office buildings in the neighborhood, which forms a direct extension of the shopping street Luegallee and Belsenplatz. CA Immo is currently developing the second section of the project to the west together with the City of Düsseldorf.
