The office building developed by CA Immo for KPMG in Berlin‘s Europacity district was handed over to the tenant. CA Immo reports that its total investment in the project was approximately €57m. KPMG is placing a number of service departments in the 12,800 sqm office building including its internal IT services and finance divisions. Designed by KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten Berlin, the building is located next to Tour Total on Heidestraße and is within walking distance to Berlin’s main railway station. The 7-storey office building offers three underground parking levels for around 260 cars.
