âââââââCA Immo has signed a lease with the international company BATIST Medical Holding for 1,000 sqm in Missouri Park office building which is currently under construction. Due to the unique location in KarlĂn – Prague 8 and the high-quality fittings of the building, a record top rent was achieved. With this new lease signed, around 40 percent of the total office space of the Mississippi House and Missouri Park development project has been pre-let 6 months before its planned completion. CA Immo started the construction of the two premium office properties in the River City Prague complex in September 2019, completion is planned for summer 2021. Both buildings combined will offer a total of 20,750 sqm of leasable space (13,380 sqm in Mississippi House and 7,370 sqm in Missouri Park) in the sought-after KarlĂn district of Prague. The investment volume totals around EUR 65 million.
