CA Immo concluded rental agreements on 10,000 sqm of Prague office space during the first quarter of 2019. Those deals mean that the company’s building Nile House in Prague 8 is now fully occupied. Spaces, a co-working concept by IWG recently took 3,500 sqm in the building. Meanwhile, its 22,5000 sqm office building Visionary in Prague 7 is also full. CA Immo bought Visionary from Skanska in June 2018, in part because the building scored 95 out of a possible 100 points in its LEED Core & Shell sustainability certification, giving it a grade of “Platinum”. Visionary has since achieved the WELL Core & Shell certfication. CA Immo’s office portfolio in the Czech Republic also includes Danube House, Amazon Court, KavÄĆ Hory Office Park. The book value of the Czech investment portfolio, comprising nearly 130,000 sqm rentable area, is approximately ā¬350m.
