CA Immo finalized rental agreements on 15,000 sqm of office space around Budapest during the first half of the year. New leases accounted for 6,500 sqm, while extensions totaled 8,000 sqm at Canada Square, Capital Square, IP West, the R70 Office Complex and the Viziváros Office Center. The deals were signed with Ferrero Magyarország Kereskedelmi Kft., AVON, Duna Aszfalt Kft., Cemex Hungária and BlackBelt Technology. CA Immo’s Hungarian portfolio is valued at €315m, totaling 203,000 sqm of leasable space.
