CA Immo posted €33m in rental income for 2014, up 10 percent from the previous year. The company owns Bucharest Business Park, EuropeHouse, Opera Center 1 and 2, Riverplace Semanatoarea, Europolis Logistic Park and a shopping center in Sibiu. CA Immo’s portfolio, covering 328,000 sqm of space, was valued at €398m, down 4 percent from 2013, according to the company’s financial report.
