CA Immo reported €20.2m in rental income from its projects in Romania in 2016. The total is €1m less than what the the Austrian real estate company reported the previous year. CA Immo’s Romanian portfolio includes a total of 106,377 sqm of leasable space. Its latest project, Orhideea Towers, offering 37,000 sqm of space, is set to open in Bucharest by the end of the year.
