CA Immo finalized a lease deal with an international software company, which will take 6,000 sqm at Kontorhaus, underway in Munich’s Arnulfpark. The project is now 92 percent leased. Kontorhaus will offer 25,000 sqm. Completion is set for this fall. “After Google, Acentrix and Egencia, this lease means we have won yet another innovative, international company for the Kontorhaus. This shows the success of our strategy of developing efficient office space and, beyond that, creating office buildings that meet the changing requirements of companies in terms of internal communications and office structures,” said Bruno Ettenauer, CEO of CA Immo.
