CA Immo sold its Harbour City project in Bratislava to Koruna Reality. The price for the 3.7 ha site next to Pristavny bridge between Mlynske Nivy and Pristavna streets was not disclosed. Foster & Partners and Siebert + Talaš designed the 105,000 sqm complex in 2010, which featured two 150 meter high-rises and a few lower buildings. The scheme included offices, a hotel, retail space, restaurants, fitness and services. Koruna Reality is now working on a new project that will focus on residential. The sale is in line with the CA Immo’s new strategy to focus on key markets. The group wants to continue its operations in Austria, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic and withdraw from Slovakia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Slovenia.
