CA Immo is planning to build a new highrise in Frankfurt. Called ONE, the project will combine offices and a hotel. Designed by Meurer Generalplaner, the 190 meter building will offer 85,000 sqm of leasable space on 49 floors. NH Hotel Group will operate its 375-room “nhow” lifestyle hotel on a long-term lease at ONE. The four-star hotel, with a conference center, restaurant, bar and fitness area, will be spread over 14 floors. The building will feature a public Skybar with a wraparound terrace. Completion is scheduled for 2021.
