Following a lease contract with ABDA, CA Immo is to kick off a new phase of its Europacity office complex in Berlin. ABDA, the Federal Union of German Associations of Pharmacists, took about 70 percent of the office space in the 9,500 sqm building. The investment, which is scheduled for the first quarter of 2019, is valued at €35m. ABDA will buy its new space two years after launching its operations there, while the remaining portion of will continue to be owned by CA Immo. Construction is due to get underway early in 2016.
