CA Immo broke ground on Orhideea Towers next to the Grozăvești metro station in central Bucharest. Costs are expected to hit €75m. The office scheme will offer 37,000 sqm in two towers as well as 406 parking spaces, bicycle storage, showers and changing rooms. Octagon Contracting & Engineering S.A. is responsible for the foundation. The project is set for completion in 2017.
CA Immo owns five office buildings in Romania with a gross leasable area of 106,000 sqm.
